Varelo Agency
A client website where static design met intentional animation, optimized for speed and conversion.
Built with performance as a priority under heavy animation load. The site scores 96 on performance and accessibility, with perfect marks on SEO. Scroll-driven animations and interactive components stay smooth without dragging down speed, creating a fast, polished experience from the first interaction. Reduced motion is fully supported for users who prefer less animation.

The 3D logo was an improvisation. Originally just a flat, static sticker that felt lifeless in the layout. I rebuilt it as an interactive, rotating element that responds to cursor movement, turning an afterthought into the page's most memorable focal point and the client loved it!
Built with Finsweet's CMS filtering so the portfolio stays dynamic and self-updating. Projects filter smoothly by service type without reloading, and every card from device mockups to tags pulls straight from the CMS. Adding new work is just publishing a new entry, no manual layout adjustments needed.

The confirmation page swaps a static envelope that was in the design for a custom Lottie animation that plays on load, turning a dead end into a small moment of delight. I moved it to the dotLottie format to keep the file size tight and the playback smooth, so the payoff feels instant rather than laggy.
The 404 page was my sandbox. Client said "go ham," so I did. A generative particle trail chases your cursor around the dark canvas, wrapping behind the oversized type while this little guy peeks out from the zero. Does it convert? Nope. Does it make hitting a dead end kind of fun? I like to think so.
